Jadipai Waterfall in Bandarban is a stunning natural wonder nestled in the hills of Bangladesh. Jadipai Waterfall is around 1.5 kilometers from Keokradong Hill, Bangladesh's third highest peak in Bandarban district.

Jadipai Waterfall is renowned for its breathtaking beauty. The cascading water flowing down from a height amidst lush greenery creates a mesmerizing sight, offering a serene ambiance. The streams of clear water from the 3 mountain streams of Keokradang, Zongchia and Jadipai come together at about 200 feet above the black rock and join the Sanggu River in the form of Jadipai Spring. The waterfall boasts an impressive height, with water plunging down to form a pool below. The force and volume of water create a picturesque scene that attracts tourists and nature enthusiasts.

Best Time to Visit:

Jadipai Jharna can be visited at any time of year. Even if there is less water in the spring than in the winter, trekking is convenient. Furthermore, if the water in the spring is high during the monsoon, trekking at this time is perilous. This waterfall is best visited after the monsoon season.

 

How To Go:

To get to Jadipai Jharna, travel from Ruma Upazila in Bandarban to Keokradong hill peak via Bagalek. Travel to Ruma Bazar via the town of Bandarban. The distance between Bandarban and Ruma Bazar is approximately 48 kilometers. Ruma Bazar may be reached by local bus from the Ruma Bus Stand in Bandarban or by Jeep/Chander from the Bandarban City Jeep Station. Alternatively, you can rent a car at Bandarban and drive directly to Bagalek.

You must walk from Bagalek to Keokradong. Jadipai Jharna is about 30-40 minutes away from Keokradong Hill after a 30-minute walk up the steep road of Pasing Para, Bandarban's highest settlement, which is 15-20 minutes away from Keokradong Hill. The road from Passing Para to Jadipai Para is steep and treacherous.
