Nil Diganta

Nil Diganta is a tourist attraction in Jibon Nagar, near the Bandarban-Thanchi route. This location is around 52 kilometers from the main city and 6 kilometers from Nilgiri. This tourist spot was named in accordance with Nilachal and Nilgiri, two of the most attractive places in Bandarban. This location is known as the "Megh-Pahar Chattar" because it offers an unparalleled view of the clouds. This area is also known as 'Bangladesh's Darjeeling.  From the viewpoint, you can also get to sight of Tajingdong and Kreokradong, claimed as highest mountains of the country.

How to Go:

It takes 8–10 hours to reach Bandarban from Dhaka. Various AC and non-AC bus services are available from Dhaka’s Arambagh, Kallyanpur,Syedabad, Gabtoli, and Dhaka. You can get your ticket online, or else you can directly go to the counter with the intention of getting a bus. All the buses go to Bandarban via Chittagong.

If you want to save time, you can fly to Chittagong Airport and then set out for Bandarban.

From Bandarban city, Nil Diganta is 52 km away. You can reserve a Jeep or Chander Gari, or get into a local one.
