Nilachal is situated on a hill in Tiger Para, Bandarban, in southeastern Bangladesh. The sky, mountains, and clouds are stunning, and the natural beauty is unparalleled. Visitors can enjoy the mesmerizing sunrise and sunset views from this vantage point. To see the clouds, you must get in Nilachal early in the morning.
The entire Bandarban city can be seen from Nilachal, and if the sky is clear, tourists can see the faraway Cox's Bazar sea beach. How to reach Nilachal:
Bandarban can be reached directly by bus from different parts of Dhaka. The fare for non-AC buses and AC service varies. If you leave Dhaka at 9/10 pm, you will reach Bandarban by 7 am. Besides, you can go from Dhaka to Chittagong by train or air. From there you can go to Bandarban easily.
Buses leave for Bandarban from Baddarhat in Chittagong. CNG, Chander Gari and jeeps are available to take you to Nilachal from Bandarban city. The fare of rickshaw, auto and CNG depends on which time you’re staying. Whatever transport you go for, bargain a little and get it right.
Where to Stay:
There are various rest homes and resorts available for visiting tourists to view the Nilachal form. Nilachal is normally open to tourists from sunrise to sunset. Only those staying overnight at the resort were thereafter permitted to stay. If you want to stay in Nilachal, you should contact and book in advance. Furthermore, because Nilachal is close to Bandarban, you can stay in Bandarban's hotels and resorts.
***The fare will be determined by the time you travel. Because the high season (December-February) and public holidays are more popular with travelers, fares may be lower.
